Privacy Policy

This page explains what data pizzaizi.com collects and what happens to it. It is short because the site does little: it shows a menu and contact details. You cannot order through it, there are no forms and no user accounts, so no names, addresses or payment details are collected.

What is collected

Server logs. Like any web server, ours records the IP address, time of request, requested address and browser details. This is necessary to run and secure the site. Logs are kept for at most 30 days.

Our own visit counting. We record which page was opened, from what kind of device, and which site the visitor came from. No cookies are used. A fingerprint is computed from the IP address and browser together with today's date and a secret held on the server, so the same visitor counts as new the next day and the records cannot be traced back to a person.

Google Analytics. Loaded only if you agree through the cookie notice. Google then sets its own cookies and processes visit data on its servers. You can withdraw consent at any time, at the bottom of this page.

Why, and on what basis

Server logs and our own counting rely on the legitimate interest of keeping the site working and knowing how much it is used. Google Analytics relies solely on your consent.

Who receives the data

Our own statistics never leave our server. If you consent to Google Analytics, Google processes the visit data. The site is hosted by Contabo GmbH in Germany, that is within the European Economic Area. The pizzaizi.com domain neither sends nor receives e-mail; we correspond via Microsoft Outlook.

Your rights

You may request access to your data, its correction or erasure, restriction of processing, and you may object to processing. Write to izi_trade@outlook.com. If you believe your rights have been breached, you may contact the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP), Selska cesta 136, 10000 Zagreb.
